For restaurants & bars

Restaurant websites and marketing. Ready for the next visit.

Give guests a clear menu, current information, and an easy way to order or plan a visit. I bring the website, menus, and promotions together around what your restaurant needs.

I’m Jason at LaunchLocal Digital Studio, based in Trevor, Wisconsin. I work directly with restaurant owners in nearby Wisconsin and Illinois communities, including Antioch, Illinois.

Most custom websites range from $1,000–$3,000.

Pricing depends on the size of the website, the content involved, and the features your business needs. Larger or more involved projects are quoted individually.

Your written proposal itemizes the website project, annual care, and total first-year cost. If first-year care is already included in the quoted total, it is not added again. Menus, graphics, and recurring marketing are quoted by scope.

Useful tools for everyday restaurant questions.

Choose a website, one marketing project, or an agreed schedule of ongoing work. Each proposal sets the deliverables and responsibilities.

Mobile websites & readable menus

A responsive website organizes your menu, hours, location, and contact information for phones, tablets, and desktops. Guests can browse before visiting. Send your current site, menu text, prices, and approved photos; I organize the pages and customer actions around them.

Specials, events & entertainment

Clear website sections and promotional artwork for specials, live music, and seasonal events. Share the dates, times, offer details, and approved images. We agree where each update will appear and when it should be replaced or removed.

QR menus & ordering links

A QR graphic points to your menu, while website buttons take guests to your existing ordering service. Supply the correct menu and ordering URLs and the intended print or screen format. I check those destinations; a new ordering integration needs its own scope.

Promotions & social media content

Branded graphics and supporting copy make your food, offers, and events easy to understand. Provide photos, confirmed details, and approvals. One promotion is a project; recurring social management has an agreed content schedule, platforms, and posting responsibilities, quoted separately.

Printed menus, flyers & TV graphics

Artwork for takeout menus, catering sheets, flyers, and in-venue screens gives guests something useful to read at the table or counter. Supply final content, sizes, and printer specifications or screen dimensions. The quote identifies the formats and files you receive.

Website content updates & support

Request changes to existing hours, prices, photos, menus, or links with the page URL and replacement content. Small updates use the documented content-support options. New pages, redesigns, and functionality are quoted separately. The $75/month website-content plan does not cover social media management.

El Sureño restaurant website project showcase

El Sureño

Website design, a tri-fold takeout menu, a weekly specials menu, and food and drink graphics. The restaurant’s live site lets guests browse its menu, find visit information, and follow pickup or delivery links.

Portfolio artwork documents completed design work. For current menus, prices, and offers, check the restaurant’s live site.

Start with what needs attention.

A current website or menu and a short description of the problem are enough to begin the conversation.

Share the essentials

Send your website, menus, ordering links, and the next event or offer. You confirm business facts, content, image permissions, and customer destinations.

Agree on the work

Your proposal sets the pages, deliverables, responsibilities, and payment schedule. Website projects include two consolidated revision rounds within the quoted scope.

Plan what comes next

Choose occasional website changes or an agreed recurring marketing scope. Annual technical care, website-content support, and social management remain separate services.
