Website pricing & care

Most custom websites range from $1,000–$3,000.

Pricing depends on the size of the website, the content involved, and the features your business needs. Larger or more involved projects are quoted individually.

Your written proposal itemizes the website project, annual care, and total first-year cost. If first-year care is already included in the quoted total, it is not added again.

A website built around your business.

I organize the site around what customers need to understand and do. Your proposal defines the exact pages, features, content responsibilities, and inclusions.

  • Responsive design for phones, tablets, and desktops.
  • Your approved branding, colors, and typography carried through the website.
  • Page organization and content structure tailored to your business.
  • Clear customer paths for contact, booking, ordering, or inquiries, as relevant.
  • Image optimization and a local SEO foundation so the site is easier to use and understand.
  • Accessibility-minded review and device testing before launch.
  • Domain connection and launch support.
  • Analytics preparation or setup according to the agreed scope and available access.

Logo creation, extensive copywriting, specialized integrations, and other extras need an explicit scope. Two consolidated revision rounds are included before launch within the quoted work; additional scope is quoted separately.

Content help when something changes.

Choose an individual update, a pack of credits, or optional monthly support. These cover small content changes, such as updating hours, replacing a photo, or revising an existing offer.

Standard content update

$50

One related content change, generally taking up to 30 minutes.

Six-update pack

$250

Six standard update credits, valid for 12 months.

Optional monthly content support

$75 /month

Up to 60 minutes and two requests per month. Unused time does not roll over.

Redesigns, new pages, new functionality, and other expanded work are quoted separately. Send me the change list so we can agree on the right scope before work begins. These website-content options do not include social media management.

Know what to expect.

We put the scope, responsibilities, and payment schedule in writing before starting.

How do payments work?

Two, four, or six payments may be available; your proposal confirms the schedule. These are payment counts, not two-, four-, or six-month financing terms.

Payments begin at approval and continue at 30-day intervals. Six-payment plans require automatic payments, and extended plans require a valid payment method.

When can the website launch?

Launch may occur after the first scheduled payment, required content, and final approval are in place. We agree timing around the scope, content, and review.

What do I need to provide and approve?

Your proposal identifies who supplies each part of the content. You confirm your business facts, final content, image permissions, and the destinations for booking, ordering, contact, or other integrations.

Two consolidated revision rounds are included before launch under the quoted scope. Gather feedback into one clear list for each round. Requests that expand the agreed work are quoted separately.

What do I own, and can I access my website?

You retain your domain, business-owned accounts, and the assets you provide. Client access can be provided, while custom-code areas may require someone comfortable working with website code.

I can help plan a practical transition, including the handover of available code and assets and coordination of account or domain access. We agree on the assistance needed. Moving a managed website to another platform may require rebuilding or adapting parts of the site.
